13-02-2012 08:43 Just telling you how i did it and how you can do it! NO EXERCISE REQUIRED! YAY! It's just so simple and easy really the only thing you need is WILLPOWER! Thank you for subbing/thumbs up/sharing/commenting! http://www.sigmabeauty.com twitter.com http://www.facebook.com DIET PLAN: BREAKFAST: Any type of cereal with red top milk (skimmed milk) One slice of toast with any thin layer of topping! LUNCH: Sandwich on brown/seeded bread and any filling you desire 😀 Fruit and Veg eg apples, bananas, tomatoes etc! Very low fat yogurts or natural yogurts! 4-5 Brazil nuts (only twice a week they are good for you but high in calories) DINNER: ANYTHING! Just make sure you don't have a HUGE plateful and it's not something like Fish and Chips lol! It at least needs to be a bit healthy but not massively!
