We want to re-invest within our community, and put money back into the wellness of the community. We also have a travel group, where we travel to different locations within the community to show people and members that there are areas that you can utilize for fitness purposes as well, like the Tridge, Emerson Park, the high schools, Overlook Park and the soccer fields. So were going to take people to those areas and show them how to work out, and kind of run them through some drills and stuff so maybe that way they can utilize them on their own, said Hale.

This is my first location. We are looking to expand. Were working on a Reaction Athletics possibility in Freeland, with an indoor football field area, said Hale

Were really looking forward to kind of expanding the world of fitness and wellness. We really want to incorporate nutrition, fitness, and wellness into one big ball of fun, said Hale. For certain memberships, Reaction Fitness offers a two-hour nutrition and fitness consultation.

We try to focus on the wellness aspect as well, and the mind, body, spirit connection, said team member Michele Belson, you can be physically fit out there, but not physically fit in here, and so we hope to kind of embrace those aspects, said Belson.
