The " DO NOT EAT " List and biggest loser competition.
Here is the do not eat list, like I said unless you #39;ve been dieting for a while don #39;t jump into it, take it one week at a time. Also I use the term dieting loosely it #39;s really a lifestyle change. Bread, unless it #39;s Ezekiel bread All cakes cookies crackers chocolate sweets and chips All pop, commercial fruit juices, energy drinks, alcohol, milk except skim milk and almond milk White potatoes white pasta, white rice, rice products Commercial soups Frozen foods that are ready to eat Limit high sugar fruits like bananas, pineapple, apples, etc. All processed foods Any products made with refined white flour like pancakes, bread, rolls etc. No soy products No mayonnaise, ketchup, white sauces etc. This was the list given to me during a biggest loser competition in my city. It was given to me by a nutritionist. Of course I #39;m not telling anybody how to eat this is just how we were taught to lose weight during the competition and it did work.
