If you know all about nutrition and stuff, please tell me what you think of my plan (below).. thanks! Notes about diet: I am not eating any bread, rice, pasta or potatoes, because this is what my diet has consisted of for many years, which is how I got my fat guts! I have ALWAYS loved my carbs, and LOTS of them. So, I am eradicating them from my diet until I have my 6 pac back (from when I was 20, lol). I do not drink any alcohol at all. I do not smoke. I do not put salt or sugar on any of my food, except the salad with tuna (i put some salt and pepper). Exercise: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Friday I do weights (and 5 minutes on exercise bike). Wed, Sat Sun I ride 30 minutes (flat out, at 100RPM until sweat is dripping onto the floor from my chin). Food: Breakfast: 4 weet bix (cup of milk), no sugar [360 calories] Brunch: 2 small peaches [75 Calories] 2 oranges [150 Calories] 1 apple [85 Calories] 1 banana [80 Calories] Lunch: Cucumber [10 Calories] Capsicum [5 Calories] Onion [20 calories] 1 Tomato [25 Calories] 200 grams tuna [250 Calories] Snack: 4 eggs [315 Calories] Dinner: broccoli [30 Calories] 1 carrot [30 Calories] spinach [20 Calories] cauliflower [30 Calories] 250 grams chicken (no skin). [410 Calories] Sub-Total Calories: 1895 I also drink 5 to 10 cups of tea (varying between black or herbal), with no milk or sugar. So, that #39;s another 20 to 30 calories.
