These foods are of no use for the body, as they lack adequate nutrients, even though they offer a more tempting taste than healthy items.
Further, they only increase the intake of calories, which is one of sthe key reason for weight gain. Therefore, start replacing these foods with nutritious items made up of meats, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Begin this replacement slowly, if you cannot quit all at once.
Most people eat 2-3 times a day. So, what is wrong with that? Well, the problem lies in eating too much at one time. For example, many people will skip their morning breakfast and then eat heavily at lunch. This is actually one of the secret culprits that leads to weight gain. Therefore, it is recommended to eat 5-6 times in a day in smaller portions than normal.
