Row House Cool Springs held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday in partnership with Williamson, Inc.

Using indoor rowing machines, Row House offers 45-minute group fitness classes that give participants a full-body rowing experience.

We welcome everyone to come give us a try, local owner Chad Ramsey said. Weve seen folks from 13 to 88 come in here and row. Everybody can create their own intensity.

Husband and wife duo Chad and Shelley Ramsey opened the fitness studio in June and currently have a staff of 11 including class instructors.

We just have a lot of fun overall, Chad Ramsey said. Weve seen some really cool things happen among our members from weight loss, lowering diabetes and improving mental health for some.

Like many businesses, Row House has adapted to the current coronavirus climate with increased cleaning measures in place. Chad Ramsey is optimistic after seeing the growing membership numbers.

Were a small studio and dont share any equipment, he said. As more people continue to learn about us and what we do, hopefully we will continue to have our membership base grow and be able to provide a lasting change and impact in a positive way. Weve already seen it, and its super motivating.

Row House offers a 45-minute, full-body rowing experience.

First-time visitors to the Row House receive a free class to experience it for themselves.

They can expect to be welcomed, inspired and celebrated, Chad Ramsey said. Our vision is just to be a lighthouse here and use fitness as a means to do that.
