The likes of (Olivier) Ntcham has only played 20 minutes here, 20 minutes there, so I want to give him more game time as we go along.
Tom Rogic has only had about 15 minutes in the past three or four weeks.
For the likes of (Hatem Abd) Elhamed and (Nir) Bitton, its been very good for them, and they came through it OK, and for the rest of them, to get through another 90 minutes is important, so hopefully were over that hump now and we go on now.

Its important to remember that you cant take care of others if you dont take care of yourself. This means that if youre not feeling well, now is not the time to act tough and ignore potential symptoms. Call your doctor if youre feeling unwell. Period.
And while physical health should always be a top concern, EMS providers mental health should never be ignored. Red-flag behaviors can include increased feelings of anger, loss of appetite, confused thinking, extreme highs and lows, or feelings of worry or panic. These signs need to be acknowledged, addressed and managed immediately.
During times of increased stress, its critical to check in with yourself and your colleagues and remember that a peer support person or member of an employee assistance program is just a phone call away.
First responders are finding it difficult to relieve their stress in the same ways they did before the COVID-19 pandemic struck. These self-care measures are important, and its imperative for first responders to find new ways of reducing and managing their stress.
For example, exercising has direct stress-busting benefits, like boosting your endorphins, improving your mood and relieving stress or worries.
If sweating it out isnt your way of decompressing, then focus on other hobbies or skills. These can include going fishing, painting, knitting, journaling or meditating.
Finding time to fuel your body with healthy food is a chore, especially when youre running back-to-back calls, shift after shift.
As you continue to respond to and provide care during the pandemic, its crucial that your immune system stays strong. In the event you do contract COVID-19, this can help sustain your body as it fights off the virus.
Here are a few ways to boost your immune system (and target your physical and mental health needs):
Achieving your wellness, fitness and health goals starts with clean eating. But, in order to change your diet, you must first admit that you have a food problem.
With a little planning, these five healthy, on-the-go meals fit the bill for any EMS provider. Get rid of any nutrient-free, high-sugar products from your diet right now. When youre stressed or fatigued, these types of foods may seem like the answer, but theyre not.
Many first responders are working longer hours and extra shifts during the pandemic, and these longer hours can cause exhaustion and fatigue.
A 2015 study found that EMTs and paramedics who work long shifts are 60% more likely to suffer injury and illness than those who work eight- to 12-hour shifts. Furthermore, inconsistent sleep patterns can lead to mental health issues.
As an EMS provider, youre likely always burning the candle at both ends. This makes it difficult to protect yourself from fatigue.
Thats why its important not just now, but always for EMS leaders to tackle this issue head-on and begin implementing ways to ensure that every EMS provider is properly rested. Not sure where to begin? Start with a fatigue risk management program.
Also, on a personal level, try taking a 20- to 30-minute nap or rest break during your scheduled shift. Taking a short nap or just resting your eyes in a quiet, dark room can be helpful.
According to research from Ohio State Universitys Wexner Medical Center, sitting is the new smoking. Use a device that monitors your activity, such as a Fitbit, Apple Watch or pedometer app on your smartphone. These will notify you to get up and move if youve been sitting or staying in one spot for too long.
Need an exercise idea? Try this fat burning workout three times a week even the busiest EMS provider can do this.
If youre missing lifting heavy weights at the gym, try getting outside and going for a 30-minute run. Not only will the fresh air do you some good, but it will allow you to decompress and alleviate your stress after a long, difficult day.
Dont think of exercising as just another thing to check off on your to-do list. Find a physical activity you enjoy whether thats a pick-up basketball game or a brisk walk around the park and make it part of your daily routine. Exercising often and regularly will provide you with at least one activity a day thats directly associated with easing your stress levels.
There are two types of people: those who stretch before and after a workout, and those who dont.
Stretching shouldnt be overlooked not only in a workout, but before, during and after your shift. Stretching not only helps you feel and move better, but it helps reduce your risk of injury. Regularly doing these six stretches will help you perform your job better and keep you and your patients safer.

It might sound and feel corny, but taking deep, conscious breaths allows you to release any negative energy thats being stored in your body. Deep breathing, according to Dr. James Hoyt, a Colorado-based pulmonologist, has been shown to slow the heartbeat, lower or stabilize blood pressure and lower stress.
To properly relax and reduce your stress, find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Then, just breathe slowly and deeply through your nose, and exhale fully. Take a few slow, deep breaths for a couple of minutes throughout your day, especially when youre feeling stressed.

When you start a training plan, the app will ask you how often you work out, your weight and height, and what you want to get out of training. Then, you will be able to choose how many workouts you want to do per week. The app will then give you a personalized training plan.
The adidas Training app also has a section for health and nutrition, which is mostly part of the paid subscription but still has some quality free content.

Of all the workout apps that I tested, Daily Workouts was the most simple. If all you need is guidance on what to do for your workout and how long to do it for, this is your app. There is no log-in option, so you can simply open the app and begin your workout. It does have ads that pop up, which is how Daily Workouts maintains its free content.

Should Peloton Be Worried About an Apple Fitness Service? – The Motley Fool
Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is reportedly working on some type of fitness-oriented service as part of its concurrent efforts to grow its services business while pushing deeper into fitness and digital health. Many details remain unclear, but the gist of it sounds similar to Peloton (NASDAQ:PTON) offerings: a subscription that provides access to a content library of virtual fitness classes.

BofA Securities analyst Justin Post doesn't think so. In a research note issued to investors last week, Post reiterated a buy rating on Peloton shares alongside a price target of $72.
Peloton has two types of subscribers: Connected Fitness subscribers, who use the company's equipment; and Digital Membership subscribers, who do not. The latter group is theoretically more liable to switch to another service, as they haven't just spent $2,200 to $4,300 (or more) on a Bike or Tread that requires a $39-per-month subscription. Digital Memberships cost just $13 per month and don't require Peloton gear.
"We think Apple's new fitness app could compete vs. Peloton's digital only subscription offer (though we expect initial class selection and library to be inferior), but will have limited impact on Peloton's connected fitness base that uses Peloton's bike or a tread," the analyst wrote. "We note that Peloton's digital-only subscription revenue was only 1% of total revenue as of [the fiscal third quarter], with the biggest value of digital subscribers being potential conversion to connected fitness subscribers."
Peloton is posting strong growth for both categories of subscribers as consumers exercise from home during the pandemic.

Much like Apple's recent forays into new service categories like video streaming, the initial content catalogs are not particularly robust. It takes a lot of time and money to produce content, and Peloton already offers thousands of on-demand classes in addition to live-streamed ones.
Implicitly acknowledging that Apple TV+ may not be very competitive, the Cupertino tech giant's initial strategy with the service has been to give away a free year of service bundled with certain hardware products, effectively buying it time to build out the catalog before users choose whether to renew for $5 per month.
It's unclear how Apple will pitch a fitness service or how much it will cost. Perhaps it could make sense to bundle it with Apple Watch, the company's most visible fitness product.
Peloton now has over 2.6 million total members, in part because Peloton briefly extended the app's free trial period from 30 days to 90 days earlier this year. That limited-time promotion resulted in over 1.1 million new members last quarter, and investors will want to know how many of those members are sticking around and paying when Peloton reports fiscal fourth-quarter results on Sept. 10.

Demand for fitness trackers worldwide grew significantly over the past year due to compelling new product releases coupled with strong demand in China. Worldwide unit shipments in 2019 jumped to an estimated 68.2 million, up 32% over shipments in 2018.
Demand for fitness trackers in 2019 was a notable uptick in comparison to recent years, as global shipments had fluctuated between a low of 41.7 million and a high of 51.5 million from 2015 to 2018. Among the recently released products sparking market growth were Xiaomis Mi Band 4 and Mi Band 5, Fitbits Inspire HR and Charge 4, and Samsungs Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fit E.
Along with these new products, the COVID-19 pandemic is also fueling product sales, as an increasing number of consumers are turning to wearable devices to monitor personal health information such as body temperature and heart rate.

A fitness tracker, also known as an activity monitor or fitness band, is a device commonly worn on the wrist and used to monitor and track fitness-related metrics such as distance walked, heart rate and calorie consumption. Fitness trackers are relatively easy to use, and are often promoted by medical professionals who note that people wearing fitness trackers are less sedentary and more active than those who do not wear the devices.

Xiaomi, a Beijing, China-based electronics manufacturer, produces the Mi Band fitness tracker product line. The company sells the vast majority of its low-priced trackers to consumers in China, where the release of a new Mi Band product can spark huge demand. For example, when Xiaomi released it Mi Band 4 in June 2019, the company sold an estimated 1 million fitness trackers in just eight days.
In 2019, Xiaomi shipped an estimated 32.5 million fitness trackers. With the release of the Mi Band 5 in June 2020, Xiaomi appears to have further solidified its lead in the fitness tracker market.
Fitbit, one of the original fitness tracker market leaders, offers a broad line-up of products and is second in global market share. Fitbits Inspire HR, released in November 2019, and the Charge 4, released in April 2020, are driving current demand for its products. In 2019, Fitbit shipped an estimated 9.9 million fitness trackers, up from 8.4 million in 2018.

Global demand for fitness trackers increased 32.4% in 2019, as total shipments reached 68.2 million. Two geographic regions, North America and the Asia Pacific, accounted for 81% of fitness tracker shipments in 2019. While other geographic regions experienced growth in demand in 2019, global market growth is projected to be driven by those two regions through 2024.
Worldwide unit shipment growth is expected to remain solid over the next few years, a change from previous forecasts when the expectation was that the growing popularity of smartwatches would have a negative impact on long-term demand for fitness trackers. However, the past year has highlighted how fitness trackers have succeeded in defending their space in the wearable technology market, primarily by enhancing their health-tracking capabilities and maintaining attractive pricing.
Kagan projects global fitness tracker unit shipments to reach 74.1 million in 2020, boosted by sustained demand for products in China. By 2024, we are forecasting shipments to exceed 90 million, with growth driven primarily by the Asia-Pacific region, but supplemented by rising demand in regions such as Eastern Europe and Latin America.
Estimated fitness tracker worldwide revenues were $4.29 billion in 2019, up from $3.25 billion in 2018. Revenues are forecast to rise to $4.49 billion in 2020, as demand remains solid in North America and in Asia. By 2024, we are projecting global revenues to be $4.97 billion.

Average selling prices, or ASPs, of fitness trackers have firmed up over the past year as vendors integrate new capabilities into the products. For example, North American ASPs have remained steady over the past year, with the current product ASP at approximately $87.
Fitness trackers sold in China are priced much lower than in other regions. Currently, Xiaomis popular Mi Band 5 fitness tracker is selling for approximately $35 per unit.

PHOENIX EOS Fitness announced they will reopen Arizona locations starting Saturday at 8 a.m. for workouts by reservation.
In an e-mail to members, EOS Fitness CEO Rich Drengberg said they came to a reopening agreement with Gov. Ducey and the Arizona Department of Health Services to reopen their facilities.
According to the centers website, guests will be required to make reservations up to 24 hours in advance, and gym capacity will be limited to 100 people at a time.
The centers will also require face coverings at all times, even when taking a class or doing cardio. Additional requirements include members sanitizing their own equipment between uses and practicing social distancing.
EOS reopening plans say they will hold off on resuming group classes until Maricopa County enters the moderate risk faze. Areas with little room to social distance like the sauna, steam room, hot tub and basketball courts would remain closed for the time being.
AZDHS released benchmarks this week for businesses that were shut down under Duceys June 29 executive order. Those businesses included fitness centers, bars/nightclubs, indoor theaters, water parks and tubing.
These businesses would be allowed to reopen when the state entered the moderate phase. That includes a two-week decline in coronavirus cases, percent positivity and hospital visits for COVID-like illnesses in the region.
As of Friday, Maricopa County met one of these benchmarks.
A business in a county in the substantial spread range can start its appeal by requesting an informal settlement conference with the Department of Health Services.
The conference, where the business will lay out its proposal, will be held within approximately 15 days of the request.
If the department approves the request, the business can reopen after posting the list of its promised health strategies in a conspicuous place.
