Hi, this is Gary, this is day 12 that I am reporting on my progress of yesterday. To give you an idea I am still weighing myself.This morning I weighed myself and today I was 82.6 and that #39;s the day after day 12 and day 12 was Saturday. Being a Saturday I was a bit lax in my eating, as well as my exercise. It was not a good day. My mood was 3/5, quite grumpy it becamemore grumpy and a bit stressed in the evening as usual trying to achieve my exercise goals. I had a couple of beers yesterday being a Saturday. My mood was 3/5, quite grumpy it became more grumpy and a bit stressed in the evening as usual trying to achieve my exercise goals. I had a couple of beers yesterday being a Saturday and my energy levels was quite low if it was my normal eating day I was low on energy throughout the day, so looking at progress its one of my worst days. So even though I was able to eat more or less what I liked. Looking at these patterns, during fasting days I am loosing weight but on my normal days I am keeping the same weight. May be this is natural fluctuation of weight and with any kind of diet. My challenges: one was on trendmil I have been into habit of being on trendmil while I watch TV. I did not enjoy so much as I had to do my steps late from 10pm to midnight. I will avoid this in future where I am rushing to achieve my goals before the day is over. Hi this is Gary reporting on day 13 of my alternate day fasting. This morning I weighed myself and I weighed 82.6 Kgs, No change from yesterday my mood level was good and it was my fasting day.It was a Sunday and I was able to go out and have lunch. But still my energy levels was 3.5. I started eating at 1 pm and late evening after my exercise. my full goal was 4.g. My challenges is training , I feel hungry and get tempted when I see someone eating on TV or food in my house. Another learning is the weight fluctuations, for the first time yesterday I weighed myself first thing in the morning and then last thing at night before I went to bed surprisingly I found out that there was 1kg fluctuation.For instance before I slept I was 83.6 so overnight overnight I have lost 1 Kilo.
