It may seem ridiculous when you are in a diet, but you have to avoid a string feeling of hunger, as then you start to eat everything you see. *if you cannot do without a snack, eat apples, oranges, berries or vegetable salads with olive oil. *not connected with appetite control, but... if you replace meat with fish or seafood and vegetables, you'll start to lose weight much faster.
