What is 90 Day Eat Clean: For 90 days (December 1st to March 1st) I will not be eating any processed foods. This includes no "white" carbs. White carbs are processed refined carbs like Doritos, goldfish crackers, pretzels, as well as pasta, bread, white rice etc. I will also not be eating any refined and artificial sugars, no HFCS, white sugar, no soda pop, no diet soda either. I will also not be eating any fast food. The list goes on... no pre-packaged foods basically unless all the ingredients are real foods themselves.
