I hope this help you with your loss of weight, just think about it: if you kepp going you gonna be like this beautiful girls, and that dosnt mean that the fat persons are ugly, everybody its pretty but this video its for the girls and of course boys that want to loss weight , its not a diet, its just a graphic motivation... i believe in you, YOU CAN DO IT, CARRY ON! (Just if you want to know: The only way that I loss weight: I just stop eating bread, chesse, candys, chocolates, sugar... I think that now I just eat fish, meat, tuna, vegetables, salads, fruit and yogurt...
