This is a Exercise video workout routine that I created and focuses on endurance and stability. This Exercise video is part 2 of 4 of a complete running training program. It has 25 exercises that targets the upper body and works on correcting posture. Phase 1 Day 2 Day 5 Upper Body Posture Strength Conditioning Workout Routine for Runners. The objective of Phase 1, is to build Endurance Stability before progressing to the 2nd Phase. Therefore this Phase, should last between 4-6 weeks before progressing to the 2nd Phase. Perform this workout 1-2x a week and perform 1-2 sets of each exercise. Remember to gradually progress the amount of reps, sets and duration of these exercises. Thanks for watching!
