SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

In observance of Veterans Day, recognized military-friendly employer 24 Hour Fitness invites all active, reserve, retired military members and guests to enjoy complimentary workouts at any of its clubs nationwide from Nov. 11 through Nov. 17. This marks the sixth consecutive year the fitness leader has honored Americas heroes with this offer.

Veterans Day provides us with an opportunity to express our gratitude to the U.S. armed forces and their families for the commitment and sacrifices they make each and every day for our country, said Carl Liebert, president and CEO, 24 Hour Fitness. To take advantage of the free workout week, active, reserve and retired members of the U.S. armed forces* must present valid military identification or a DD214 Discharge document. Military guests are also encouraged to bring spouses and children ages 12 years and older to enjoy free workouts with their proper identification cards. To further its commitment to the military community, 24 Hour Fitness recently launched its Military Recruiting Council (MRC) a specialized team responsible for the development and execution of the fitness industry leaders military recruitment programs.
