Here #39;s my February HIIT challenge: Saturday - Arm Strengthening Sunday - Cardio Monday - Leg Strengthening Tuesday - Cardio Wednesday - Ab Strength Thursday - Cardio Friday - Leg Strengthening Each days focus includes different exercises based on that target area. I have lots of lower body work to do so that is why I decided to do legs 2x per week and who doesn #39;t need a strong cardiovascular system- so I chose cardio 3x per week.
