Indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, including a 24-hour fitness center available for 3 a.m. workouts, are among the array of amenities available to renters at the new 282-unit Belvoir Square Apartments, at 9142 Richmond Hwy., in Fort Belvoir, Va., just outside the Tulley gate.

A MyEquilibria outdoor gym, imported from Italy and nicknamed the tree, is the central feature of the outdoor fitness park and includes rings, a pullup bar and parallel bars. The tree is surrounded by fitness stations.

The indoor FX Well fitness center has extensive fitness equipment and free group yoga training. Personal training will soon be available. A glass-walled childrens room with books, toys and activities is adjacent to the fitness center.

In addition to the fitness amenities, the apartments have a central courtyard with gas grills, a clubroom with a fireplace and a kitchen with a coffee and juice bar. It also has a game room, a business center and a creativity room for crafts. The pet-friendly building has a pet grooming room. The building has elevators and garage parking.

The apartments range from a 556-square-foot studio that rents for $1,640 to a 1,428-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that rents for $2,630.

The apartments have stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a full-size washer and dryer. Some residences have movable kitchen islands and private patios or balconies.
