Today I changed Viktor #39;s shoulder routine strictly for mass and not definition per suggestion by trainer Zita Osiyemi (Jump Fitness) to Free Weight shoulder press at 70 kilos 3 sets with 6 reps and 2 sets 3 reps press/3 reps negative. Dumbbell Flies with 16 kilo/ea 5 sets 10 reps (side 90 degree angle raises).
