Lifting weights is a great way to build back muscle strength.Starting a weight bearing senior exercise program will make a big difference in both strength and balance. Located in the Delray Beach Boynton Beach area since May of 2005, we have been able to improve the balance and strength of hundreds of neighborhood seniors. As creator and instructor at 50 Plus Fitness Center Deray/ Boynton Beach, I would like to thank all of my members for allowing me to help themimprove their lives.
