Silver Stars Fitness is the premiere NYC fitness studio that caters and specializes in working with the baby boomer & beyond fitness enthusiast.

At Silver Stars, our priority is to keep all of our members safe and healthy and help as many men and women over 50 get & stay fit.

Unfortunately due to the coronavirus, we temporarily closed our studio doors until further notice. But just because our studio is closed, that doesnt mean that we cant help you stay strong during these challenging times.

Now more than ever, exercise is an important component to staying fit mentally and physically, and especially as were currently in lock-down mode.

To help you maintain your fitness level, we have transitioned to online home training by using Facetime, Skype, Zoom and many other platforms. You dont equipment or a gym to get in shape, and well show you how.

We are offering our online Fit For Life personal training or small group program.

You can try online training for three weeks for $67. You can train up to twice per week during your three week trial period.

You will also receive our in studio promotion once we re-open our studio.

All sessions are 45 minutes and will incorporate many aspects of fitness such as cardio drills, balance, core & overall strength work and flexibility.

At home on- line sessions dont require a lot of space or any equipment. If you have equipment such as dumbbells and bands thats great, but if not, your own body is the best form of equipment!
