Tai Chi

An internal Chinese martial art that focuses on slow, graceful movements and relaxed, meditative breathing. Open to all ages and levels. Free Fitness Fridays: Boot Camp

Facebook Live: Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a high-intensity interval workout where short bursts of activity are followed by rest. Body Barre
