Hi, thank you for tuning in. This is day 17 of alternate day fasting my weight is now 82.2KGS. So I have lost 2.3KGS within 17 days. My mode was 3/5 and my energy levels was about 3/5 and my exercise 4, bingo to the gym. My challenges and learning; I am noticing a pattern where my energy levels seems to be not consistent , day after the fast I get low in energy. May be my body is adjusting to burn fat, those are my speculations but morning after is my lowest energy. May be my body is adjusting to burn fat, those are my speculations but morning after is my lowest energy. My other learnings is that I am learning to adjust between a normal eating day and a fasting day. My lifestyle is adjusting to it and I am getting used to it.
