Hi this is Garry reporting on day 20 of my alternate day fasting. I weighed in at 80.I am loosing nearly 4 Kg. Great progress. I think I am teaching my body to burn fat- its a good thing that will take a while. I am approaching 3 weeks of my diet. And My challenges because yesterday was my normal day, where i picked out biscuits, cheeses and red wine. I went to a little family gathering so I picked over 4K calories but day after I am 80.7 which is great loosing over 1.5kgs. So that #39;s good news.
