Day 6 - Alternate Day Fasting * WATCH and Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting
Hi this is Gary. Day six of my alternate day fasting. My weight is 83.1 KGs. As you can see my weight is fluctuating going down from 84.5. Today is Sunday my normal eating day. I had three good meals and a couple of snacks in between. I went to the gym treadmill and watching TV and I did my normal 20000 steps today. My challenges not really but my learnings are watching what I eat and its funny feeling that when I eat something that is good for me I feel it more in my body. And avoiding rubbish eating sweets or chocolate. Naturally I tend to prefer foods that seems to nourish my body and avoid things that don #39;t. Good progress.
