Day 8 - Alternate Day Fasting * WATCH and Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting
Sorry for the lost sound. Today I am 82.3 Kilos, this is on the 8th day on the first day of my week 2 and it #39;s going well. I am still learning lots. I am getting used to eating one day and not eating the next day. on alternate day fasting. My mode level has been pretty good 4 out of 5 and my energy level are exceptional 5 out of 5. I am finding out that I am staying out quite late at night 1am to 2am full of energy even though I am physically tired. My food levels yes, very good 5 out of 5 and my exercise 4 out of 5. Not good as I would have excepted because I am challenged by doing weights and cardio at the same time same day. I am finding out if I do heavy weights, then running afterwards becomes very challenging, very exhausting. So cardio and weight on the same day its a challenge. I have also found out that today I went to the toilet and did number 2s severally . I believe I am going through colon cleansing. I normaly visit the toilet once a day But today it was 5, I was quite surprised. so that #39;s the situation I feel confident as I move around.
