Lockdown weight loss story: "I went for walks thrice a day and lost 25 kilos in 2 months" | The Times of India – Times of India

My breakfast: I start my day by having a glass of chilled coconut water (no tea/ coffee) and for breakfast, I have something like a moong cheela/sprouts/a plate of poha/upma.

My lunch: 1 chapati with ghee+ 1 bowl daal+ 1 vegetable+ salad serving+ a small bowl of dahi

My dinner: 1 chapati with ghee+ 1 bowl of daal+ 1 vegetable+ salad

Pre-workout meal: Roasted chana and black gram

Post- workout meal: Apple shake mixed with protein powder

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Personal favourites are streetfoods. Pani puri, dahi puri and bhel, whenever I had the option to cheat on my healthy diet!

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Low-calorie meals like upma, khakra, chana salad, chaats, salted chana/peanuts or dry bhel.
