The growing interest in intermittent fasting for weight loss and overall health in recent years has helped boost the popularity of teas, since drinking them unsweetened does not break a fast. Some brands even sell fasting teas, which claim to help with fasting. Since intermittent fasting can affect blood sugar levels, she recommends speaking with your doctor before trying the eating plan if you have diabetes.
