Hi, everyone! Here are 8 Tips and Tricks to lose weight and keep it off! This is all from personal experience. When I went to college, I quickly gained the Freshman 15 (actually, more like the Freshman 25). I was so embarrassed, didn #39;t want to work out and couldn #39;t stop eating unhealthy foods. It was time to kick unhealthy eating habits to the curb and take a more positive approach to my life. As I lost the weight, I became happier and more confident.
