Weight loss story: "I cut out bread and alcohol from my diet and lost 13 kilos in 2 months" | The Times of India – Times of India

My breakfast: Homemade breakfast like poha or besan appe or chilla or boiled eggs. I have completely cut bakery items from all my meals.

My lunch: For my lunch, I didn't really have something specific, but I reduced the number of chapatis to two, and added veggies.

My dinner: In my dinner, I prefer having lots of lentils along with one or two chapatis, sometimes with rice.

Pre-workout meal: Peanut butter with bread.

Post-workout meal: Milk /Fruits like apple/banana/grapes

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Chicken biryani or chhole bhature . I just make sure that I work out double the amount of time on cheat days to burn all those calories off.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: lentils, pulses recipes of any kind.
