When another fan asked, How do you deal with PCOD? I have PCOD for 7 years now and it just gets worse, Masaba spilled some handy tips that also included the cons of Keto diet. She shared, Lose weight!! Its the best way! But pls do it in a safe & slow way. She added, Do not get on some crap fad diet especially Keto it messed my body up.

She concluded by advising, Speak to a nutritionist- eat ghar ka khaana. Workout 6 days a week. Stay happy. Bas (sic) and punctuated it with a red heart emoji.

Three main symptoms of PCOD in women include high androgen levels, irregular periods, and cysts in the ovaries. To confirm the diagnosis, doctors conduct a pelvic exam, blood tests and ultrasound as it is a condition developed by the imbalance of hormones.

While there is no permanent cure for PCOD, the symptoms can be managed with the intake of right diet of limiting carbohydrates, maintaining a healthy weight and with adequate exercise. Blood sugar levels can be lowered with exercise and since weight loss can reduce insulin and androgen levels, it may restore ovulation and can even help with infertility. However, as Masaba warned no Keto and weight loss only in a safe slow way.

On Sept. 11, the "Fuller House" star posted similar images with Valeri Bure, her husband of 24 years. One image showed Val sweetly kissing his wife as they stood on a bridge. In the second photo, taken on the same bridge, Val's hand cups one of Candace's breasts as she grins.

"Sweet and spicy," the actress captioned the dueling photos. "24 years and counting."

Some of Candace's fanbase, which she acknowledges is largely conservative, were critical of the image, dubbing it "inappropriate," among other things one person even wrote that "the devil loves it."

"I love the fact that so many people had an opinion on it. It made me laugh because I wasn't trying to make a statement," she told Fox News of the backlash. "This is just how my husband and I are. You know, we adore each other and we still have fun and we're spicy together."

She added, "We have a playful, loving marriage and I think that's why we're still married 24 years later. But I did respond because I always get bummed out when people have been married for so long and then I feel like the joke is always like, 'Oh, we're married so that means we don't have sex anymore.' "For all of the Christians that are questioning my post with my husband's hand on my boob my husband of 24 years thinking it was inappropriate, it makes me laugh because it's my husband," she said. "He can touch me any time he wants, and I hope he does. This is what a healthy, good marriage and relationship is all about I'm sorry if it offended you I'm actually not sorry. The outdated thinking at government level is also demonstrated by their language, which always focuses on losing weight. Clients at Barrys often come for one reason, and yes, that might be more toned arms or a six-pack. But nine times out of ten they stay for something else completely,and thats a mental, not physical thing.

Its one hour of the day for themselves, where they are able to achieve something that makes them feel better almost immediately, thanks to the happy chemicals of endorphins, dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin that you experience from exercising.

With the pandemic clearly taking a huge toll on peoples mental wellbeing, and suicide rates at their highest in two decades, we should be encouraging our communities to exercise not just to lose weight, but also to improve their mental health.

Our Prime Minister, however, just jokes that if you exercise before breakfast, at least you know nothing for the rest of the day could be worse. Thanks for nothing, Boris.

Instead of coming up with popular strategies to save Christmas surely this government should be thinking longer term. I started my weight-loss journey by doing keto with intermittent fasting and working out with a personal trainer, and I lost 143 pounds.

I tried so many different weight-loss methods and did not stick to any of them. The thing I struggled with the most was consistency. I was my heaviest at 28 years old; I weighed 347 pounds.

In December 2017, I went through a life-altering event that put me in a really dark place. I was giving so much energy to that situation. In addition, I always felt like everyone elses happiness was more important than mine. I was always placing myself on the back burner. I felt that it was time for all of that stop. If I could pour so much into others (and wanted to continue to be able to do that), I needed to first pour into me.

And thats when things clicked. Before I could be the best mom or partner to anyone, I needed to be the best me to me.

Initially, I just tried to eliminate things like soda and juice from my diet. I made small adjustments like going from white rice to brown and eating more fruits and salad.

Then I came across the ketogenic lifestyle via Instagram and slowly transitioned into it. I would order a burger and remove one bun, and sub out fries for fruit. Eventually, I did more research and learned more about the lifestyle and went full-blown keto in July 2019. I love how non-restrictive keto is. I can still eat all of the foods I love, and there are so many products that can be used as great substitutes for some of the things that are not allowed.

Shortly after that, I also started to incorporate intermittent fasting (IF) by following a 16:8 schedule (meaning I ate within an eight-hour window every day and fasted for 16 hours).

I would work out six to seven days a week and eat properly during the week, but I would overindulge on the weekends. I thought of cheat meals as a way to reward myself, not realizing initially that this mindset was stalling my progress.

Currently, I have a personal trainer that I see at least three times per week. When I am not training with him, I may walk about four miles or do my C25K running app. I absolutely love working with my trainer. My advice to anyone who feels stuck or unsure of how to start: It doesnt matter where you start or how much weight you have to lose, just start! Dont focus on how long it will take, just focus on the direction in which youre going. Do not compare your journey to anyone elses.

Keep your head in the game and love yourself enough to get started. Be kind to yourself during your journey. Focus on the progression and not perfection. This journey is yours. Embrace it and take it on full-speed. Dont give upyou have nothing to lose but weight.
